ReCalll is a flashcard generator that allows users to create Anki-compatible flashcard decks with instant translations and audio. Our service enables users to input text in any language, translate it to their target language, generate audio pronunciation, and export complete flashcard decks ready for language learning.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or usage limits
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or infringes on others' rights

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

Free tier users are subject to usage limits (15 flashcards per month). Premium subscribers receive unlimited usage. We reserve the right to modify usage limits and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using ReCalll. However, you grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services. The ReCalll service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. While we strive for accuracy in translations and audio generation, we do not guarantee perfect accuracy and are not responsible for errors in generated content.

9. Subscription and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you have issues with the service, please contact us before requesting a refund.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service, violation of applicable laws, or abuse of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
